Summer Youth Employment Program: A Success! YouthWorks Summer 2009 Report Read Here Massachusetts puts more than 11,000 teens to work this summer with ARRA, State and private funds.
PATRICK ADMINISTRATION SURPASSES GOAL OF 10,000 YOUTH EMPLOYED IN SUMMER JOBS Over 10,000 Youth participated in the 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program, gaining work experience, an income and job skills, among other positive attributes. Worksites were selectively chosen by each region for their quality, focus and the benefit they could provide to the youth workers.
